You could have told me something if you’re having trouble paying the bills. You know I’m here for you right? It’s not like you would do this deliberately just to delay further. You don;t need any excuse for that!

I was legitimately worried that you’d given up, and just gone off the air forever. Not “given up on drawing”; you seem like you wouldn’t do that, but I wouldn’t put “given up on doing coherent, self-contained art projects” past you. Gone back to “just drawing random stuff for fun”, and not having all the pressure of trying to make some sweeping, epic magnum opus.

Either that, or just died for some reason. Crazy shit happens.

On the flip side of things, this really convinces me that if I have some long-running art project like a webcomic, I *must* cross-post the whole thing to some websites that are paid for by large corporate entities that don’t seem to be going anywhere. Deviantart, google-whatever, web-archive, etc. If I put it on my own website, the moment I die, my blog dies with me – because in dying I’ve stopped paying the hosting fees.

    Gone forever.

No problem with bills – just some lousy luck with my hosting service.

There’s no going back. I’ll probably be stuck doing comics forever.

I haven’t gone to a convention in years.
If I manage to finish something readable in the next year or so, maybe I’ll go to one in Toronto. : /

As always, its a hard road to run down. I am glad everything is less dramatic than I first feared. Well I have been a fan since the day PXI wasn´t finished and the Board more or less alive. Clone-Army had have been a great source of inspiration for me in the past decade. And I am still hope to see Dan finaly get along with a fine publisher.
